About Farsight AI

Farsight is the agentic AI platform for financial services, currently helping investment banks and private equity firms fully automate entire, highly nuanced workflows. Today, institutions will spend 80% of their time gathering information for and creating first drafts of materials by hand before iterating on and refining their decks, models, and pitches.

Farsight not only gives them that time back to focus on what is important, but we also bring new insights and knowledge to their materials that they wouldn't be able to uncover without the help of our financial-focused AI.

This role will be hybrid (no more than 2 days a week in office) as it is a contract role. Farsight is typically a 4 days/week in office company for full-time roles.

What You Will Work On

  • Rebrand rollout. Update all our existing material to the new identity — one-pagers, decks, email templates, LinkedIn assets etc.

  • Sales collateral. One-pagers, pitch decks, case studies.

  • Email. Design and build campaign emails in HubSpot, plus reusable templates for the team.

  • Social and campaigns. LinkedIn and campaign assets, static and motion.

  • Events and trade shows. Booth graphics, banners, signage, printed leave-behinds, and event-specific collateral.

  • Product video. Short walkthroughs, how-tos, and demo clips. Script through final export, including screen capture, editing, and audio.

  • Templates. Build files our team can reuse without coming back to you.

  • Input. Tell us when a brief is unclear or when there's a better angle. We're open to your thoughts on marketing, not just design.

What You Will Bring

  • 3+ years in B2B marketing or brand design

  • Experience with AI companies or startups

  • A portfolio that shows strong craft across typography, composition, and storytelling with a premium visual taste and polish.

  • Comfortable with print and large-format production: booth graphics, signage, and working to a printer's specs

  • You use AI tools in your workflows

  • You can handle several requests at once and work to tight deadlines

  • You take minimal direction and run with it

Tools

  • Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro

  • Figma

  • PowerPoint: our decks are Office-native and need to stay editable by our sales team

  • Canva: where our team-facing templates live

  • HubSpot: where our emails go out

  • Screen recording: Screen Studio, CleanShot, Loom, or similar

Bonus

  • Experience designing for finance or another detail-heavy audience

  • Web design experience

  • Comfortable editing copy

  • Thoughts on marketing content strategy, not just design

  • You've worked on retainer before

Compensation

  • Hourly rate within the range of $50–60. Commensurate with experience

  • This role is a contract role for 3 months. Extension plausible per company needs.
