We are currently seeking a motivated and experience quality and compliance professional to join our team in the role of Manager - Quality, Safeguarding & Risk. This hybrid role can be offered on a part- or full-time basis.

Your New Role!
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead quality, risk and compliance across Leisure Networks. Youll play a key role in strengthening the systems, governance and culture that ensure we deliver safe, high-quality services while meeting our regulatory and safeguarding obligations.
Working closely with leaders across the organisation, youll lead our Quality Management System, oversee organisation-wide quality, risk and compliance frameworks, coordinate internal and external audits, provide expert advice and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer outcomes and organisational performance.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- demonstrated experience leading quality, risk and compliance functions, ideally within the disability, health or community services sector
- tertiary qualifications in Quality, Risk Management, Governance, Business, Human Services or a related discipline (highly desirable)
- strong knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, NDIS Practice Standards, NDIS Code of Conduct and Child Safe Standards
- proven experience developing and implementing quality management, risk and compliance frameworks
- experience leading internal audits, accreditation activities and regulatory compliance processes
- demonstrated experience managing safeguarding matters, reportable incidents, complaints and investigations
- exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence, coach and partner with leaders across the organisation
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, mitigate risk and drive continuous improvement
- excellent written communication skills, including the ability to develop policies, reports and governance documentation
- the ability to manage multiple priorities, work autonomously and deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes
- a current NDIS Worker Screening check (or willingness to obtain)
- a current Working With Children Check Employee card (or willingness to obtain)
- a current Victorian drivers licence
- evidence of at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccination
