What's the position?

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a Manager, Media Partnerships to lead the day-to-day execution and operations of our growing media partnerships portfolio for Hard Rock Bet. This is a role that requires a strategic mindset but also hands-on work to drive execution and delivery. This role ensures that maximum value is extracted from media partnership investments and serves as the main point of contact and strategist for core cross-functional work.

The ideal candidate has good judgement, strong communication skills, and is a self-starter who can work independently. You will work closely with a Coordinator and report to the Director, Media Partnerships while collaborating cross-functionally with promotions, trading, user acquisition, creative and VIP teams.

What You’ll Do: 

• Manage onboarding and launch with new partners to specifications set by Director; own workback calendars, asset development & delivery, and proper execution 

• Determine and own process for updating scripts and other assets in collaboration with internal Creative team 

• Maintain communication with internal Promotions team and develop Partner-specific promotions and offers, including Partner-led picks and pre-built bets for customer engagement

• Responsible for regular updates on Partner performance and presentation to Director and other leadership 

• Develop case studies and best practices to standardize Partner executions and create efficiencies, scale and improved performance 

• Ensure that all Responsible Gaming requirements are met and executed properly by partners; maintain regular communication with Compliance team 

Job requirements

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years at a media agency, brand or publisher, ideally with a strong background in digital media, growth marketing, YouTube and audio platforms 

• Demonstrated knowledge of the sports betting industry, including common promotions, marketing tactics, culture and business models  

• Passion for new media and talent-led content development

• Strong communicator — comfortable working with external partners, internal teams, and talent/agency contacts

• Experience with cross-functional collaboration across advertising, comms, analytics, CRM, content, legal & compliance, and more 

• Highly organized with excellent written communication and presentation skills

• User-focused and brand obsessed 

• Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort in a fast-paced, evolving, ambiguous environment
