We are seeking an experienced Lead Strategic Program Manager to oversee strategic programs for Digital Turbine's corporate-wide initiatives. This role focuses on collaborating with key stakeholders to understand, document, articulate and execute against quarterly and annual commitments aligned to our strategic initiatives.
As a Lead Strategic Program Manager, you will operate as a thought leader, ensuring that corporate Objectives and Key Results (KRs) align with Commercial and Product team objectives, priorities and delivery timelines. This role requires deep cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Operations teams to optimize execution and deliver value at scale.
About the Lead Strategic Program Manager:
Program Inception

Own multiple strategic programs throughout the entire lifecycle, from concept to closure

Partner and collaborate closely with senior leadership to clearly and concisely develop objectives and timelines that map out a clear path to delivering against our Objectives and KRs

Identify Risks, Issues and Mitigation plans that provide leadership with a proactive view of potential obstacles and approaches to overcoming those obstacles
Program Execution

Monitor and adjust planning against objectives as necessary based on progress against goals and current constraints

Act as a single point of program visibility and accountability for leadership and product teams balancing competing priorities across regions and business units

Continuously work to resolve, mitigate and escalate risks and issues to ensure programs stay on course to meet corporate objectives
Governance & Reporting

Establish a governance and reporting framework for programs, ensuring key stakeholders stay informed of progress and dependencies within other teams and overall progress of the program

Build and maintain dashboards and executive summaries highlighting progress towards key milestones and delivery status

Support quarterly and annual planning cycles to report progress and adjust plans as-needed based on business drivers

Scope: Leads program efforts with impact across global teams, product roadmaps, and monetization strategies

Decision-Making: Operates with high autonomy, balancing strategic needs with internal resource and delivery constraints

Leadership: Provides thought leadership across cross-functional and global teams

Manages multi-region, multi-team programs with high visibility and strategic importance
About you as the Lead Strategic Program Manager:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's/MBA preferred)

8+ years experience working within software solutions companies or clients in a portfolio/program management, strategic consulting, or similar role

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives, bringing structure to ambiguous problems and aligning with business objectives

End-to-end program management experience, with a track record of delivering quantifiable business impact

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex topics to a variety of audiences, from team members to executive leadership

Extensive experience managing dependencies and aligning priorities across numerous cross-functional teams with varying priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic tech environment

Familiarity with the AdTech, Mobile and/or telco carrier and OEM industries

Technical acumen:
-
Sufficient understanding of the software development lifecycle in order to facilitate technical discussions and communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Demonstrated ability to bring structure and clarity to complex technical initiatives

Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., Jira Portfolio, Smartsheet, Power BI) and Agile planning frameworks (SAFe, Lean Portfolio Mgmt.)

Preferred Certifications:

PMP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent portfolio management certifications
