Hiring Unit:

Department of Psychology

Position Summary:

• Maintain and expand on the Lydon Lab's public website
• Troubleshoot any technological issues that may arise
• Assist in developing software for ongoing projects

Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities:

• Strong problem-solving
• Resourcefulness

Experience and Education:

• Work-study student.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, or JavaScript or related languages, as well as Query.
• Knowledge of SPSS, R, Inquisit and Qualtrics is an asset.
• Knowledge of Ajax is also an asset
• Knowledge of servers and experience working with servers in Linux and Windows.
• Knowledge of computer technology, especially for troubleshooting.
• Experience with both Windows and Mac environments.
• Background or interest in psychology and/or social psychology is a plus.
• High School Diploma with one year of relevant experience in the field of work
• Bilingualism is an asset.
