2–5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong emphasis on email‑optimized asset creation.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (advanced layer management, exports, optimization) and familiarity with Adobe Firefly for generative asset creation.
Experience adapting and reusing existing brand assets, design libraries, and campaign materials across multiple digital channels.
Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent professional experience..
The Consumer Experience Organization (CXO) is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with experience creating email‑ready visual assets in Adobe Photoshop, leveraging existing content libraries, and using Adobe Firefly to generate or refine assets for CXO‑level marketing activations.
This role strongly emphasizes content reuse and adaptation, transforming existing brand assets, campaign materials, and design libraries into refreshed email visuals, modular components, and production‑ready graphics aligned with brand standards and regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Email Design & Production: Rework, resize, restyle, and repurpose existing brand assets for email templates and digital touchpoints.
Create responsive email graphics and layered Photoshop files using approved brand libraries.
Develop modular components for scalable reuse across CXO activations.
Firefly‑Enhanced Creative Production: Use Adobe Firefly to generate net‑new assets, visual variations, or complementary imagery while ensuring brand consistency and compliance.
Produce quick‑turn concepts using Firefly’s generative features.
Brand Alignment & Collaboration: Ensure all deliverables follow brand standards; collaborate with activation leads, marketing teams, and brand partners.
