Our Company
Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe's all about. We give everyone-from emerging artists to global brands-everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We're passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.
We're on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!
The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated Privacy Compliance Attorney to join our Privacy Office and Cybersecurity Legal (POCL) team and contribute to the future of Adobe. This is a great opportunity to work at the intersection of law, technology, and business during a time of growth and transformation. Your work will help Adobe align with global privacy laws and regulations and build trust and transparency in our business. All 2026 Adobe attorneys will have a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote and office work for collaboration and a positive employee experience. Days in the office are determined by managers and their organization's priorities.
What You'll Do
- Aid in the development and improvement of scalable privacy compliance processes that support Adobe's rapidly growing presence in the marketplaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Product, Engineering, and IT, to help ensure both privacy by design and continuous compliance.
- Learn about Adobe's legal architecture methodology and help work with teams to unblock complex compliance challenges and help mitigate legal risk.
- Assist in the development and delivery of privacy training materials and resources for internal teams, aimed at promoting awareness of standard methodologies and compliance obligations.
What You Need to Succeed
- A JD with interest in Privacy or Regulatory Compliance, required. Anticipated graduation between December 2025 and June 2026.
- Ability to participate in a full-time employment.
- Interest in privacy law, regulatory compliance, or a related field (prior experience is a plus, but not required).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to help build processes to unblock complex legal issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- A passion for problem-solving and a proactive attitude toward learning and tackling new challenges.
- Ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
