The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a(n) Solution Instructor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Provide best in class training for Solventum HIS solutions
• Adapting training methodology based on assessment of learners needs
• Handle non-routine and difficult training scenarios by using your experience to troubleshoot level 1 types of issues
• Help guide best practices and training strategies during implementation planning
• Deliver marketing presentations and product demonstrations
• Assist with proactive utilization review for post implementation clients
• Partner effectively with clients on suggested workflow optimization changes leveraging Solventum best practices.
• Actively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards, complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with Solventum's values and ethical standards.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND at least seven (3) years of experience as a RHIA, RHIT, CDI Specialist, Coder, RN, clinical specialties in a private, public, government or military environment

OR

• High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in training in lieu of the Bachelor's degree education requirement
• Two (2) years experience delivering instructor led online and onsite training
• Two (2) years experience in the Healthcare Industry

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Outstanding presentation skills in classroom, seminar, and online environments
• Ability to be flexible when onsite and physician schedules change
• Attention to detail and outstanding follow through
• Experience using collaboration tools to communicate with remote teams
• Excellent verbal, written, analytical problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a group
• Knowledge of Solventum HIS products
• Application skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
• Proven ability to maintain a positive attitude in a team environment

Travel: Travel may be required up to 80% Domestic; international travel upon request

Onboarding Requirement: To improve the onboarding experience, you will have an opportunity to meet with your manager and other new employees as part of the Solventum new employee orientation. As a result, new employees hired for this position will be required to travel to a designated company location for on-site onboarding during their initial days of employment. Travel arrangements and related expenses will be coordinated and paid for by the company in accordance with its travel policy. Applies to new hires with a start date of October 1st 2025 or later.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $107,600 - $147,950, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.). 

Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
