THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Client Sales Executive to join our Sales team in São Paulo!
In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategies, negotiating, and closing deals with small and medium-sized clients in the Public Sector, including municipalities, state and federal government agencies, the judiciary, and the legislature. Your knowledge of Brazilian government laws and procedures for Public Bidding and Contracts will be essential to driving new business and building lasting relationships.
Working closely with the marketing, sales, and customer success teams, you will ensure a flawless customer experience and contribute to the improvement of our sales processes. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing market, where your expertise will play a key role in Wellhub's expansion in the public sector. We are looking for a proactive and innovative professional who can bring fresh ideas and help propel Wellhub to new heights.
YOUR IMPACT
- Develop strategies, negotiate and close deals, and implement sales strategies for small and medium-sized public sector clients.
- Understand customer needs and be smart enough to find solutions quickly.
- Collaborate with the Wellhub marketing/branding team to continuously improve sales assets.
- Manage your pipeline, revenue forecasts, and sales activity using Salesforce.com for maximum efficiency and visibility.
- Work closely with our Customer Success team to ensure a smooth transition for all new clients.
- Constantly seek ways to innovate in our sales process and product offerings.

WHO ARE YOU
- Residing in São Paulo.
- The need to go to the office at least 4 times a month.
- Completed higher education.
- Prior experience in customer service in the Public Sector, managing customer relationships and sales, especially with Municipalities and State Governments, the Judiciary and the Legislature, is mandatory.
- Ability to operate independently and leverage route management as needed.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and extensive ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
- Ability to monitor data, analyze reports, and leverage results.
- Ability to analyze and improve current work processes/protocols and anticipate/manage changes in a rapidly evolving global business environment.
- Experience in sales of HR, Wellness/Health, or Corporate Benefits solutions will be considered a plus.
- Experience using Salesforce will be considered a plus.
- Knowledge of Brazilian government laws and procedures for Public Bidding and Contracts (14.133/21) is a plus.
- Fluency in English is not mandatory, but it is considered an advantage.
