In this role, you'll:
Join a high performing team delivering Transport for NSW's OneCX program of work. You will lead content design practice within the team, guiding 3 senior content officers in uplifting Transport for content to meet NSW Government accessibility, usability and content design standards, and publishing it on nsw.gov.au
You will lead digital content strategies to deliver content projects in a fast-paced, complex environment. Your advanced UX knowledge, content design and stakeholder engagement capabilities will see you drive content excellence, lead cross-functional collaboration, and deliver end-to-end content solutions.
This is a 24-month temporary fixed term position based in our Macquarie Park Office. There are hybrid working arrangements in place adhering to the Workplace Presence policy.

About you
Your expertise in content design, combined with confidence presenting to and influencing stakeholders, and driving multi-team collaboration, are to key to success in this role. You can lead workflows, manage competing priorities and optimise performance through data-driven insights.
You are:
- skilled at leading end-to-end content planning, writing and publication
- experienced in working within complex digital ecosystems
- knowledgeable in the NSW Government Design System, content standards and accessibility best practices
Experience working in Agile will be highly regarded.
