Job Description:
PURPOSE:
The Digital Content Operations Support Coordinator (remote) will support the day-to-day management and execution of website content across the client's property websites. This role is part of a collaborative team of digital content specialists and plays a key role in ensuring content accuracy, brand guidelines, and strong SEO performance.
This individual will manage website content workflows, respond to incoming requests through a centralized ticketing system, and contribute to content optimization efforts. The role includes a balance of guided tasks and independent work within the content management system. The Digital Content Operations Support Coordinator will report to the Manager, Digital Content.
Position Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate content delivery
- Troubleshoot and respond to content-related questions and requests
- Oversee day-to-day website content workflows and handle questions/requests through the central ticketing system
- Support promotion placements across the client's digital platforms
- Ensure adherence to brand standards for all requests and projects
- Create strong content while maintaining SEO best practices
- Demonstrate a commitment to the client's core values
Experience and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a digital content management role required
- 2-4 years of experience preferred
- Experience with customer service or a related role preferred
Other Skills:
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or other Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Ability and desire to learn new systems and technologies
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Interest in digital systems and content management best practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet operational metrics for content requests
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in communications, advertising, marketing, or other related fields
