The Opportunity:
As a Cyber Human Capital Strategist, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior government leaders, guiding them through the rapidly evolving landscape of cyber human capital needs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between innovation and governance, translating high-level priorities into actionable strategies and roadmaps. You will help your clients to balance the adoption of transformative human capital practices within the context of Department of Defense (DoD) personnel policies and regulations. Your work will enable the DoD to harness its cyber workforce effectively while navigating complex operational environments.

You Have:
- 12+ years of experience working in a professional environment
- Experience advising senior clients in the DoD
- Experience translating ambiguous ideas into clear business goals, strategies, and actionable plans
- Ability to influence stakeholders, and persistently drive outcomes in dynamic organizational environments
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience presenting to and advising senior clients on cyber or human capital transformation topics
- Experience creating cyber human capital strategies or roadmaps
- Ability to establish, facilitate, and manage stakeholder groups
- TS/SCI clearance
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
