Are you a Customer Service Representative looking to join an in-house sales team who sells award-winning products nationwide? Ultradent, a global name in oral health care, is a good place for you! We are currently seeking experienced, talented Customer Service Representative to work remotely (but will be required to come to headquarters for live trainings) for our in-house customer service team. The shift will be Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Compensation for this position is $22.25/hour.
Following are the job responsibilities:
- Manage high volume of customer service calls with a focus on sales
- Cross Selling/Up Selling to and educating customers on products through inbound calls
- Providing technical support to customers on product related questions
- Work closely with our outside sales force
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- A POSITIVE CAN DO ATTITUDE!
- Must be driven to meet company sales and customer service goals
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Basic math and computer skills
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
- 1-2 years of phone sales experience is ideal
- Dental industry background is a plus
