Overview
This leadership role is responsible for driving strategic business planning and integrated management across retail, lottery, and consumer brand operations. The position oversees cross-functional initiatives that align with organizational goals, enhance brand experiences, and deliver measurable business outcomes. With full P&L accountability, this role leads product, brand, and advertising strategy development, including brand architecture, campaign execution, retail activation, and agency partnerships. The ideal candidate brings a strong operational mindset, a collaborative leadership style, and a deep understanding of the lottery and consumer brand landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead Account Management & Operational Strategy
- Oversee all aspects of account operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services and strategic alignment with client goals.
- Cross-Functional Team Leadership
- Direct marketing, sales, data center operations, network communications, software services, retailer support, field services, warehousing, and distribution.
- Customer-Centric Product Strategy
- Collaborate with business intelligence and analytics teams to identify growth opportunities through category reviews and same-store sales insights.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Negotiation
- Serve as primary liaison with lottery officials, negotiating critical requirements and leading the rollout of new games and system enhancements.
- Data-Driven Sales Enablement
- Leverage corporate resources to conduct advanced analytics that inform sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Profitability & Resource Optimization
- Maximize customer profitability through strategic utilization of operational levers and service options.
- Industry Representation & Thought Leadership
- Represent the organization at sales meetings and industry events, contributing to market intelligence and brand positioning.

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $152,495 - $275,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
