About You
You're a versatile Marketing professional who knows how to turn audience insights into engaging, effective campaigns. Comfortable working across a range of audience segments, you can quickly adapt your messaging and approach to connect with them. You'll bring hands-on experience coordinating multi-channel campaigns across digital, social and email, working with internal teams, creative agencies and external partners to deliver high-quality campaigns on time. With strong communication and stakeholder management skills, you're confident juggling multiple priorities and using data and campaign insights to optimise performance and drive stronger results.
To be successful in this position, you will have as a minimum:
- A tertiary qualification in Advertising, Marketing or a related field.
- Demonstrated understanding of marketing principles and practice.
- Demonstrated strong understanding of marketing via digital and social channels.
- Demonstrated high level of interpersonal and communication skills, including a proven ability to prepare copy for campaign activity including advertising, publications and the web.
- Demonstrated record of experience in customer service.
- Highly developed IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ideally experience in Adobe martech stack (including Marketo), Salesforce CRM, and exposure to the Adobe creative suite.
- An understanding of the marketing and campaign imperatives of a large university or complex business.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated experience in briefing content writers, designers and other creative and media suppliers.
- Email marketing campaign coordination experience necessary and automation experience looked upon favourably.
- Experience in contemporary and agile ways of working will be looked upon favourably.
