ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a part-time (3 days per week) Associate Implementation Manager to join our team on a 7-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover). You will support the successful implementation of our software products — spanning the Veracross SIS platform and the Digistorm product suite (Apps, Websites, and Funnel) — for K-12 independent and private schools. Working closely with a designated mentor and senior team members, you will help deliver projects on time and on budget while building trusting relationships with school clients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Work alongside senior team members to deliver customer implementation projects for schools across one or more of our products (Veracross SIS, Digistorm Apps, Websites, or Funnel) — the specific product focus will depend on your background and experience. This includes discovery, solution consulting, configuration, and change management throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Support the coordination and execution of project plans, task schedules, and resource activities to ensure on-time delivery
  • Deliver training sessions for school staff within your assigned product area, and ensure personnel complete required self-paced training
  • Build trusted relationships with clients through clear communication and consistent service delivery
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Implementation Engineers, Product, Support) to ensure all phases of the implementation are executed — including system configuration, data migration, content setup, and integrations
  • Maintain accurate time tracking, attend team meetings, and participate in training and development opportunities

  • Ability to use good judgement when making decisions, with guidance from senior team members
  • Willingness and ability to learn multiple software platforms and become confident enough to train others on them
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to dig into issues to find solutions
  • Eagerness to learn, seek feedback, and develop product expertise over time
  • Prior experience with Veracross or Digistorm products, or working in a K-12 school environment, will be highly regarded
