• Assist in developing, maintaining, testing, and monitoring data pipelines, integrations, and ETL/ELT workflows supporting Snowflake-based analytics solutions.
• Support the creation and maintenance of enterprise data assets, data models, and transformations used for institutional reporting and analytics.
• Develop SQL queries and scripts for data processing, reporting, analytics, validation, and operational needs.
• Perform data validation, testing, reconciliation, and quality assurance to support the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of enterprise data.
• Apply established data governance, metadata, data quality, security, privacy, and access-control standards and practices.
• Assist with developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, visualizations, and self-service analytics solutions using approved enterprise tools.
• Work with business and technical staff to understand reporting and analytics requirements and participate in report validation, user testing, and solution implementation.
• Provide customer support and guidance related to enterprise reporting and analytics services.
• Contribute to technical documentation, operational procedures, training materials, user adoption, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Foundational knowledge of data management, reporting, analytics, or business intelligence concepts.
• Experience writing scripts, version control (GIT) and the development life cycle.
• Experience developing SQL queries and working with relational databases.
• Experience supporting software applications, data solutions, reporting systems, or analytics platforms through coursework, internships, student employment, or professional experience.
• Ability to learn new technologies, business processes, and technical concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts and information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to organize work, manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and complete assigned responsibilities within established timelines.

• Experience gained through internships, assistantships, capstone projects, student employment, or professional work.
• Familiarity with higher education data domains or enterprise administrative systems.
