Title: Need - Advertising Operations Specialist II - Fully Remote

Job Description:

Our client, a (Tech industry), is looking to hire a (Advertising Operations Specialist II) in (Fully Remote).

Pay Rate Range: $55-$62/hour on W2, depending on experience

Responsibilities: 

• Build technical expertise in Client's various advertising products (signal, measurement, and delivery) and provide consultative guidance to clients and partners on best practices and bespoke setups
• Resolve technical issues stemming from our client's usage of Client advertising solutions
• Partner closely with Client's sales teams and Tier A+ advertisers to resolve client issues, prioritize, and build market or vertical plans for technical services
• Escalate potential bugs to the product and engineering teams and drive resolution.

Requirements: 

• BA/BS in Marketing, Computer Science, or related degree
• 2+ years of experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries
• Experience managing a multi-million dollar book of business, able to autonomously prioritize, and communicate effectively with sales and clients.
• Experience with technical troubleshooting Client's Advertising & Business technologies and ecosystem (ex. Graph API, Ads Manager, Conversions API, Meta SDK, Meta Pixel)
• Customer-facing experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences
• Experience with technically troubleshooting advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions and delivery
• Experience working with web technologies including, but not limited to: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and HTTP
• Experience working with SQL and RESTful APIs
