About the Role

Our Production Assistant will work alongside the Audio Team Lead to create high-quality voiceover products for eLearning deliverables. This is an entry-level or mid-level position. People with music, theater, and hospitality experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support the Audio Team Lead in managing the audio queue
• Read and understand Storyboards in various formats
• Create scripts and pronunciation guides
• Proficiency in editing and creating well-formatted scripts
• Coordinate with voiceover talent
• Collaborate with project teams
• Perform quality assurance reviews on audio deliverables
• Assist in the production of voiceover deliverables

Requirements:

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Computer proficiency
• Proficient Excel, Power Point, Word and PDF skills
• Excellent self-organizing, time management, and prioritization skills
• Customer Service attitude toward coworkers and clients
• Great communication skills and an ability to create rapport with clients and talent
• Audio production experience (we will train on our processes and editing software)
• Excellent ear for a quality voiceover, including accuracy, tone, and pacing
• Available up to 5 hours most weekdays during the typical 9–5 workday, whether EST, CST, MST, or PST
