Position Information

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Web Production Coordinator to support the maintenance, development, and optimization of our websites. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for web development and digital marketing. The position focuses on hands-on website updates, basic coding, and ensuring a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate will have basic HTML and CSS skills, experience with WordPress, and an eagerness to learn new platforms like Webflow (training provided). Familiarity with Google tools such as Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for adhering to all HealthStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training.

• Assist with website updates and maintenance across multiple platforms.
• Build and edit web pages using WordPress and Webflow (training provided).
• Apply basic HTML and CSS for styling and troubleshooting.
• Ensure site content is accurate, accessible, and optimized for performance.
• Support SEO best practices and implement on-page optimizations.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to publish landing pages and campaign content.
• Help implement tracking tags via Google Tag Manager.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic website issues promptly.
• Maintain compliance with accessibility standards (ADA) and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
• Attend in-person meetings in the Nashville office a few times per month or as required 

Qualifications

Requirements

• Experience with WordPress required.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS required.
• Familiarity with Webflow a plus (training provided).
• Exposure to Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio preferred.

Compensation

• The salary range for this position is $26.79 - $32.77. Salary will be determined on the candidate’s level of experience and qualifications. Compensation will be commensurate with skills, relevant experience, and performance in similar roles.
