Job Description:
We currently have a vacancy for an UX/UI Designer fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will perform their services remotely within EU. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.
Tasks:
- Understand and analyse the requirements concerning the user interface(s) to be implemented;
- Define and create graphical layout and contents;
- Create user interface specifications including user interface workflow diagrams, wireframes and visual design compositions for all digital platforms including website, mobile website and mobile/tablet apps;
- Develop prototypes if required to support the design specifications such to validate the requirements expressed by the users.
Requirements
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in IT;
- Minimum 5 years of experience with graphical interface design tools, web tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) or web technologies and standards (e.g. HTML, XML, Flash);
- In depth knowledge of user interface technology and of ergonomics regarding man/machine interfacing;
- Knowledge of design and graphical tools;
- Knowledge of web technologies and standards (e.g. HTML, XML);
- Familiarity with software design and development processes;
- Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in graphical design;
- Excellent command of the English language.
