Akkodis is seeking a UI / UX Developer for a Contract with a client in Sacramento, CA (Remote). The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating designs into responsive, accessible, and high‑performance user interfaces while delivering seamless user experiences.

Rate Range: $70/Hour to $75/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

UI / UX Developer Job Responsibilities include:

• Translate UI/UX designs into clean, responsive HTML, CSS, and JavaScript that works seamlessly across devices.

• Build interactive UI components, animations, and form validations to enhance user experience and engagement.

• Ensure accessibility, usability, and performance by adhering to UX best practices and core web vitals.

• Integrate front-end interfaces with back-end APIs and server-side logic in collaboration with engineers.

• Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing, optimizing code for speed and scalability.

• Maintain and evolve reusable component libraries and design systems to support consistent UI development.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Design, or a related field.

• 6–8 years of experience in UI/UX or front-end development roles.

• Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks with experience building responsive, accessible user interfaces.

• Proven ability to integrate front-end solutions with back-end APIs, optimize performance, and maintain scalable design systems.

Pay Details: $70.00 to $75.00 per hour
