The Role

As a Senior UI/UX Designer , you'll lead the digital transformation of healthcare analytics through human-centered design. You'll:

1. Own end-to-end design for data-intensive platforms used by pharmaceutical executives
2. Translate complex regulatory workflows into intuitive user experiences
3. Establish design systems that scale across multiple analytics products
4. Champion user needs while balancing business and technical constraints

What You'll Design

1. Enterprise dashboards visualizing 340B program analytics
2. Data exploration tools for pharmaceutical supply chains
3. Regulatory compliance workflows with audit trails
4. Design systems for consistent cross-platform experiences

We're Looking For

1. 2-5 years experience designing complex B2B/SaaS products
2. Portfolio demonstrating clean, functional designs for data-heavy applications
3. Expertise in Figma/Sketch and prototyping tools
4. Ability to simplify highly regulated domain complexities
5. Experience mentoring designers and leading critiques

Bonus Qualifications

1. Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience
2. Data visualization/BI design background
3. Agile/lean UX methodology experience
