  • Facilitate effective meetings and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of key initiatives, ensuring both departmental and organizational success.

  • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills by analyzing and resolving challenges that arise in Treasury processes.

  • Continuously seek new opportunities to improve processes and add value to the team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Self-Starter & Initiative: You are motivated and take ownership of projects, stepping up with minimal guidance and proactively looking for ways to improve

  • Collaborative Attitude: You work well with others, communicating professionally and maintaining a positive, solutions-focused approach in cross-functional team settings

  • Eagerness to Learn: You are excited about asking questions, challenging assumptions and receptive to feedback

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Statistics, Math, or a related business field

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) highly preferred

  • 3+ years Corporate Treasury knowledge and experience

  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
