Territory Sales Representative
Base Salary: $55,000 + Commission ($90,000-$120,000 OTE) + Car Allowance
Travel up to 30% (Illinois, Missouri, Indiana, minimal overnight travel)
Position will primarily work remote but will require ability to commute regularly to our Troy, IL office location.

What You'll Do
- Manage the full sales cycle-from prospecting to closing deals.
- Grow your territory by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through on-site visits, calls, and emails.
- Recommend tailored service solutions that help customers operate efficiently.
- Travel efficiently across your territory (about 30%, limited overnight travel).
What You Bring
- Proven success in sales as a service. A plus if you've sold in HVAC, food service, or a related industry.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven.
- Willingness to travel and maintain a professional presence.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen required.
- Valid Driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards.
