Job Description:

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Telemarketing Representative is responsible for contributing to the sales of Henry Schein products by fostering, developing, cultivating, reinforcing, and maintaining the sales and marketing activities of our organization. This role is responsible for making outbound calls to assigned physicians based on target lists, webinar leads and digital marketing programs. This position will also handle inbound calls generated from leads and our 1-800 numbers.

Please note: The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday; 8:00AM - 4:30PM EST

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strives to achieve established sales goals

• Handles both incoming and outbound calls

• Handles multi-task responsibilities with both active and inactive accounts

• Maintains a daily average of 4 hours talk time and a minimum of 70 outbound calls

• Demonstrates high performance while maintaining profit dollar standards

• Updates and maintains current customer records by logging all information in the Customer Profile screen and changing NCD’s as necessary

• Effectively utilizes the CSS, COE, and JDE systems

• Adheres to all company policies and procedures

• Participates in special projects for Henry Schein division and performs other duties as required

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Computer proficiency required

WORK EXPERIENCE: 

Typically 2 or more years of related experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION: 

Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

 

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.

The posted range for this position is $35,093 - $48,254 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to be fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.

• At the time of this posting, this position is eligible for an incentive not reflected in the posted range subject to the achievement of the plan.
