Role Overview

This organization is seeking a Technical Writer/Process Documenter to develop and maintain clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation. This role involves working with cross-functional technical teams to document processes and systems effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including process guides and system manuals.
• Collaborate with technical teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.
• Translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable content.
• Edit and proofread documentation to maintain high standards of quality and clarity.
• Manage documentation projects to meet deadlines.

Required Qualifications

Education: A Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field is required.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing within an IT or technology environment is required.

Technical Skills: Candidates should possess a strong understanding of IT concepts including the software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud platforms (such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud), networking fundamentals, operating systems, cybersecurity principles, and IT service management (ITSM).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
