About The Role

We’re looking for a Middle Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with R&D, Support and Marketing to create and refine high-quality documentation while also managing and coordinating GUI localization to ensure clear and consistent user interface translations.

What You Will Do…

• Create clear, concise and user-friendly documentation for new products
• Review, update and improve existing documentation
• Write straightforward release notes, changelogs and technical blog posts
• Test and validate different use cases to ensure the documentation is clear, concise and accurate
• Manage and coordinate GUI localization to ensure consistency across languages
• Work within a structured schedule of 10:00–19:00 UA time

What You Will Bring…

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing in an IT company
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Advanced English (C1 level) in both writing and speaking
• Ability to express complex concepts in a clear and concise manner in a written form in English
• Analytical mindset with strong research and communication skills

 

Bonus Points If You Have…

• Technical background, experience in VoIP/ telecoms
• Basic HTML knowledge
• Experience with WordPress
• Experience with LMP 
• Experience in UX writing
