COMPENSATION: $120 - $130 HOURLY 

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive launch readiness for future wearable devices, focusing on their integration into a mobile application. This role acts as the connective layer between device programs and mobile app engineering teams, ensuring seamless execution and communication across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Track the execution of deliverables against upcoming milestones with Engineering and Quality Assurance teams.
• Ensure milestone delivery by working with wearables development pods.
• Communicate consolidated status updates to program leads.
• Ensure feature readiness for upcoming weekly releases by driving deliverable milestones and readiness criteria to completion.
• Drive down launch blockers and high-priority bugs through direct outreach to task and feature owners.
• Follow up with deliverable owners to maintain accurate and current project data.
• Answer questions from cross-functional partners regarding process and data recording.
• Validate submitted actions for correctness before they are included in leadership reporting.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience with cross-functional coordination, particularly with Quality Assurance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive updates and release management.
• General software release management experience, including knowledge of software testing and quality assurance principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to automate workflows using artificial intelligence tools.
• Technical depth and fluency in understanding software architecture and system connections.
• A background in STEM, computer science, or analytics.
• Experience with mobile application development and hardware-software integration.
