Our client is advancing customer service technology and requires a Technical Project Manager to lead software delivery across multiple engineering teams. The role emphasizes structured planning, hybrid methodologies, and risk management to ensure predictable outcomes and stakeholder alignment.

Rate: $50.00 to $62.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with multiple engineering teams of approximately 25 members each to plan and execute software projects.

• Develop comprehensive project plans from scratch using Smartsheet or comparable tools.

• Define and manage project milestones to achieve timely, high-quality outcomes.

• Identify, assess, and manage project risks to protect timelines and deliverables.

• Facilitate collaboration and resolve conflicts through clear communication and negotiation.

• Operate within a hybrid framework that combines Waterfall and Agile, coordinating Scrum teams that primarily use Jira.

• Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and project tracking.

Experience Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years of project management experience in a software development environment.

• Proven ability to ramp up quickly and manage projects with minimal supervision.

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.

• Experience working within a Project Management Office or similar structure.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with Smartsheet, Jira, and Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
