Our client is advancing customer service technology and requires a Technical Project Manager to lead software delivery across multiple engineering teams. The role emphasizes structured planning, hybrid methodologies, and risk management to ensure predictable outcomes and stakeholder alignment.
We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $50.00 to $62.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with multiple engineering teams of approximately 25 members each to plan and execute software projects.

Develop comprehensive project plans from scratch using Smartsheet or comparable tools.

Define and manage project milestones to achieve timely, high-quality outcomes.

Identify, assess, and manage project risks to protect timelines and deliverables.

Facilitate collaboration and resolve conflicts through clear communication and negotiation.

Operate within a hybrid framework that combines Waterfall and Agile, coordinating Scrum teams that primarily use Jira.

Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and project tracking.
Experience Requirements:

5 to 8 years of project management experience in a software development environment.

Proven ability to ramp up quickly and manage projects with minimal supervision.

Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.

Experience working within a Project Management Office or similar structure.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with Smartsheet, Jira, and Microsoft Excel.

Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
