As a Technical Producer, you will be an integral part of our technical development teams, constantly looking for opportunities to improve efficiency, introduce new ideas, and evolve our production techniques.
You will be at the center of the Engine/Tools development strategy and processes for our studio. Operating under the Studio Technical Director leadership, you will have direct and significant impact in both developing award-winning multiplatform games and shaping the future of our bespoke technology platform.
Responsibilities
- Provide visibility to internal stakeholders and work with other teams to clear up dependencies and promote collaboration in cross-team matters.
- Synchronize with multiple game teams in running their activities smoothly, improving efficiency, timely deliveries, and collaboration.
- Articulating project schedules and status reports, anticipating possible risks and inevitable adjustments to original planning.
- Organizing the efficient scheduling and agenda management of meetings, while ensuring requirements, goals and action plans are followed up on.
- Collaborate with other producers, team leads, publishing teams and QA to support games through the full development lifecycle - from concept to release.
- Consistently monitor the tech team's objectives to ensure support for project priorities and requirements, in coordination with the Studio Technical Director and various Project Engineering Team Leads.
- Implement risk management strategies, propose improvements to both process and roadmap to anticipate project needs.
- Contribute ideas openly and regularly for improvements to our studio practices
- 3 or more years of experience in games as a Technical Producer, working with complex cross-disciplinary teams
- Proven experience in all stages of AA+ videogame development from concept to release from Manager or Lead perspective, or similar process within other technical software development industries
- Ability to summarize complex topics into clear, actionable requirements while encouraging effective collaboration with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Capacity to process large amounts of variables and distilling them to a clear and driven message with achievable goals
- Love working with exceptional, creative, and talented people on industry-leading projects
- Strong organizational and cross-functional communication skills.
