About the team
The Risk and Compliance (R&C) is the 1LoA function, responsible for the enabling the Group to manage the risks associated with their respective area of focus in, line with the Group’s risk appetite. In that support, the R&C function will enable the success of the business by instilling a culture of risk management as a core part of how we support our customers and ensure that we have the appropriate processes and practices to meet our compliance obligations.
About the role
As Team Coordinator you will be integral in providing high level, confidential and professional administrative support to the General Manager and the broader Risk & Compliance leadership team. You will proactively add value by ensuring timely and efficient support and coordination with day-to-day business activities.
You’ll get to:
- Manage scheduling and coordinating team calendars and diary appointments
- Preparation of support papers for meetings, minute taking at meetings and distribution of minutes
- Manage SharePoint pages for Risk team and Outlook distribution list
- Coordinate travel including flights and accommodations and organise / running strategy meetings and town halls
- Manage Accounts Payable for R&C leadership team to ensure correct expense payments including card expense requisitions
- Assist with report preparation and distribution and management of various registers
- Provide ad hoc support as directed by your reporting manager General Manager 1st Line Risk and Controls and other members of the leadership team
This a full time 12 month fixed term located at one of our corporate offices ideally in Sydney or Melbourne
About you

To be successful you will have
- Demonstrated experience in similar role as a team coordination providing high level administrative support to senior executives / leadership team
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with a clear understanding of working with confidentiality
- A proactive and self -motivated disposition with the ability to think on your feet and be highly flexible and adaptable
- Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
- Advance understanding of MS Office suit and Outlook
