Position Summary:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our hospice care team. You will work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure seamless candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding. This is a position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the hospice care mission.
Hours / Schedule:
Remote; Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources.

Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle and best practices.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proven ability to handle confidential information and work with minimal supervision.

Knowledge of hospice care or healthcare staffing is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, job requirements, and qualifications.

Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for clinical and non-clinical roles.

Source and engage with candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.

Coordinate the interview process between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely feedback and communication.

Manage the candidate pipeline, keeping detailed records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Perform other recruiting duties as assigned by management to support department goals and initiatives.
