Pay Range:
$28 - $30 per hour

Position: Systems Support Specialist

Location: Town and Country, MO

  • 4x/week onsite, 1x/week remote

Shift: 2 potentials

  • Wed-Sat, 7am to 5pm (or 6am - 4p)

  • 3x/week onsite, 1x/week remote

  • 4 ten hour days

  • M-F 2nd shift, exact hours TBD

  • Most likely shift need in St. Louis

Duration: 12-18+ months

Top Requirements:

  • Familiar with technology concepts

  • Cloud, servers, etc.

  • Communication

  • Eagerness to learn

Plusses

  • Incident management/outage management experience
  • Bachelors in IT, Comp Sci or anything IT related
  • Big Panda is monitoring tool, but any other monitoring tools are ok

Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: This position will complete both monitoring and incident management job duties. On the monitoring side, this person will be analyzing alerts that may cause incidents with the goal being mitigating potential incidents through triaging and contacting appropriate stakeholders. From an incident management perspective, this person will coordinate bridge lines and monitor outage calls for ongoing incidents impacting applications. This part of the job may include WebEx chats, emails, bridge line communications.
