The Supply Chain team is seeking a Subcontract Management, Senior


What You Will Be Doing

The Subcontract Management senior will be handling supplier source selection, purchase order placement and administration. Duties also include cost/price analysis, negotiations, documentation, purchase order maintenance and interface with functional organizations and supplier management. Develops subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services. Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes awards, and administers resulting subcontracts. Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts. Procurement of build to principle.

This position is located in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.

This position is located at a facility that requires special access; you must be a US Citizen and possess an Active US Government Secret Security Clearance to be considered.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

• Experience in (2) of the following:

-Experience with variety of contract types including
*Firm-Fixed Price Contracts
*Cost type Contracts
*Time and Material Contracts

-Leading high stakes negotiations with suppliers
-Negotiating Terms & Conditions with suppliers
- Managing complex contracts at a variety of dollar values
Desired Skills:
• +4 years’ in supply chain management and/or procurement

• Proficient use of MS Excel and Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP) or equivalent purchasing/ERP system, such as Procure to Pay

• Familiar with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS)

• Works independently and in a collaborative and team-based environment

• Experience with multi-tasking and managing competing priorities

• Experience with analyzing complex problems and recommending solutions
Security Clearance Statement:This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely:Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
