Shape the Future of Supply Chain at Intel

Are you passionate about solving complex business challenges, driving process improvement, and enabling world-class supply chain operations? Intel Foundry's Supply Chain Enablement (SCE) Team is seeking a Business Analyst to join a high-impact team responsible for transforming how supply chain solutions are designed and delivered across the organization.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of business strategy, process optimization, and technology, partnering with stakeholders across supply chain, operations, and engineering to deliver innovative solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and decision-making. You'll have the opportunity to influence critical business initiatives while helping shape the future of one of the world's most advanced manufacturing and technology environments.

What You'll Do

As a Supply Chain  Business Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions by:

  • Partnering with business leaders and stakeholders to identify challenges, define objectives, and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
  • Analyzing current-state processes and systems to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and operational excellence.
  • Facilitating workshops and design sessions to create future-state business processes, capabilities, and system solutions.
  • Developing user stories, business requirements, process maps, and acceptance criteria that enable successful solution delivery.
  • Collaborating closely with architects, developers, and project teams to evaluate solution options and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Driving requirements traceability from concept through deployment and adoption.
  • Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinating business testers, and ensuring solutions meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Supporting change management, training, deployment readiness, and user adoption activities.
  • Measuring post-implementation success and business outcomes to ensure expected value is realized.
  • Helping manage project scope, risks, dependencies, milestones, and stakeholder communications.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement efforts by sharing best practices, lessons learned, and process standards.

What Makes You Successful

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating technical concepts into business value.
  • A customer-focused mindset and proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience collaborating across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivation, adaptability, and the ability to drive results with minimal supervision.
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to build alignment without direct authority.

Qualifications:

  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and mapping current and future-state processes.
  • Experience supporting testing, implementation, deployment, or operational adoption of business and technology solutions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.

  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, foundry operations, supply planning, logistics, customer fulfillment, or related industries.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Advanced Planning Systems, or manufacturing execution systems.

  • Experience creating user stories, process flows, test plans, training materials, and acceptance criteria.
  • Knowledge of outsourced semiconductor manufacturing and OSAT environments.
  • Business Analysis, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or Supply Chain certifications.

Why Join Intel Foundry?

  • Work on transformative supply chain initiatives that directly impact one of the world's leading technology companies.
