  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Industrial, mechanical engineering, materials science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Manufacturing Engineer and/or Supplier Quality Engineer in qualifying suppliers for casting, machining and coating.
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO9001), Supplier Quality Management, inspection methodologies, and quality improvement tools (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).
  • Expertise in manufacturing processes, drawing interpretation, and collaboration with design engineering to ensure manufacturability; experience with hot blades and vanes at casting facilities is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage complex investigations and projects end-to-end, including PPQs and supplier quality issues; SAP proficiency is a plus.
  • This position is in a French-speaking environment but requires fluency in English to comprehend documentation and technical terms from international sources, and to communicate with customers, suppliers, or international colleagues.
