Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

• Process high-volume AP invoices (50–70 weekly), including batching and cash routing
• Support month-end close with account reconciliations and journal entries
• Handle AR functions and collaborate with vendors
• Assist with cash management and banking activity

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree (Accounting preferred)
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Strong Accounts Payable experience (required)
• Exposure to general accounting and month-end close
