Role: SharePoint Online Specialist

Location: Ohio (OH) - Onsite/Hybrid (as applicable)

Experience Level: Junior to Mid-Level

Type: Contract / Full-Time (adjust as needed)

We have an exciting opportunity with one of our clients in Ohio for a SharePoint Online Specialist with a strong focus on site migration and workflow automation.

? Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in evaluating, migrating, and modernizing existing SharePoint sites to SharePoint Online.
  • Work on transitioning legacy InfoPath forms and workflows to modern automation tools.
  • Support development and enhancement of SharePoint Online sites across business teams, especially within the Legal department.
  • If experienced with the Power Platform, help design and build workflow automation solutions using Power Automate, replacing processes impacted by InfoPath retirement.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and implement solutions that improve usability and efficiency.

? Must-Have Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online (SPO).
  • Experience in migrating SharePoint sites to SharePoint Online.
  • Understanding of Power Automate; broader Power Platform experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and support business stakeholders.

? Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with InfoPath replacement strategies.
  • Exposure to SharePoint development/customization.
  • Basic understanding of workflow automation concepts.

Pay Range: $90,000 - $110,000/year OR $50 to $55/h on W2.

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
