About the project
As a Senior UX/UI – Product Designer, you will will generate concepts and digital experiences that raise the bar, work closely with developers to ensure seamless fit and finish, and serve as a senior design voice within the team — mentoring peers, presenting to leadership, and contributing to the evolution of the design system.
What you’ll do
- Develop and deliver designs from initial concepts and wireframes to pixel-perfect final designs across web and mobile.
- Lead and participate in creative brainstorming sessions, shaping the direction of a wide range of digital experiences.
- Champion mobile-first, user-centered design principles and inspire the team to continuously raise the bar.
- Contribute to and help evolve a best-in-class design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across digital touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and clearly articulate design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Partner with developers to ensure designs are implemented with seamless fit and finish.
- Create interactive prototypes and micro-animations that communicate design intent and enhance user engagement.
- Work closely with the research team to understand user needs and validate design decisions before and after development.
- Design experiences for global audiences, considering localization and translation needs.
- Collaborate with the Brand team and other product design teams to ensure cohesive brand integration.
- Analyze current UX patterns and competitive design landscapes to inform design decisions.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to elevating overall design quality within the team.
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ Years of experience designing for large-scale and high-visibility websites or digital products.
- Strong background in digital design and marketing, preferably with experience in marketing or communications.
- A hybrid skill set combining visual design and UX expertise.
- Advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience designing across multiple devices — mobile, tablet, and desktop.
- Experience presenting ideas and design solutions to senior leadership.
- Experience working in fast-paced, iterative design environments.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of craftsmanship.
- A strong portfolio showcasing clean, thoughtful, and inspiring design work.
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and take initiative on complex design challenges.
- Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
