Senior UX Designer – AI SaaS Platform

$160K–$200K Base + Bonus + Equity | New York (Hybrid, 2–3 Days/Week)

A fast-growing AI SaaS startup is looking for a Senior UX Designer to lead product design across a platform shaping the future of AI-driven marketing. This role is ideal for someone who wants ownership, influence, and the ability to design elegant solutions that turn complex data and workflows into intuitive user experiences.

You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership to design user journeys, build prototypes, evolve a scalable design system, and drive end-to-end UX from concept to launch.

What You’ll Lead

• Shape product experiences that are intuitive, elegant, and aligned with user and business needs


• Own the full design lifecycle—from discovery and concepting to high-fidelity design and shipped product


• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI that improve usability and adoption


• Partner cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to balance design goals with product and technical constraints


• Apply qualitative and quantitative insights to drive user-centric decisions


• Maintain and evolve a cohesive design system across multiple products


• Take full ownership of major design initiatives—bringing ideas from vision to execution to launch


 

What Will Set You Up for Success

• 5+ years of UX design experience; background in HCI, interactive design, or related field is a plus


• Experience designing for B2B SaaS platforms or data-heavy enterprise applications


• Strong command of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools


• Skilled in building clickable prototypes and presenting design rationale to stakeholders


• Experience working in agile product environments with product and engineering teams


• Hands-on experience conducting user research, usability testing, and evaluations


• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate decisions to leadership and cross-functional partners
