We’re looking for a Senior Technology Project Manager to strengthen our hybrid delivery teams.
What You’ll Do
Project Delivery and Client Management
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and vendors for IDP, automation and digitization projects;
- Own the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure;
- Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks for development teams;
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, client expectations, and contractual obligations;
- Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
Technology and Solution Oversight
- Oversee projects involving Intelligent Document Processing, Document Management and Flow.
Automation systems
- Collaborate with solution architects and developers to design workflows for document capture, classification, extraction, and integration;
- Maintain a working knowledge of modern document automation tools, AI / ML trends, and API integrations;
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process optimization in client digitization journeys.
Team Leadership and Coordination
- Manage cross-functional project teams (developers, analysts, QA, customers);
- Coordinate workloads, assign tasks, and ensure alignment between technical delivery and business goals;
- Mentor junior project managers or business analysts where required.
Governance and Methodology
- Apply project management best practices (Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid, depending on project context);
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and scope; escalate risks proactively;
- Maintain documentation (charters, project plans, requirement specs, delivery schedules).
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years in Project Management in technology focused on digital transformation;
- Demonstrated track record of delivering enterprise projects on time and within scope;
- Strong experience with document processing, digitization, and automation projects;
- Experience with Intelligent Document Processing technologies (e.g., Google Gemini, ABBYY, Tesseract, etc.);
- Experience with Document Management Systems (e.g. ELO);
- Basic understanding of API Integrations, Large Language Models (LLMs) and Machine Learning (ML);
- Familiarity with RPA or workflow automation (Power Platform);
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (PMI-ACP, CSM) will be considered as an asset;
- Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government) will be a plus;
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for document / AI services will be an asset;
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
