Job Description

Information Technology at Procter & Gamble is where business, innovation and technology integrate to build a competitive advantage for P&G.  Our mission is clear -- we deliver IT to help P&G win with the over 5 billion consumers we serve worldwide.  Our IT professionals are diverse business leaders who apply IT expertise to deliver innovative, tech-focused business models and capabilities for our 65 iconic, trusted brands.

From Day 1, you’ll be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use your initiative, and build billion-dollar brands that help make everyday activities easier and make the world a better place! Our company offers purposeful work that will take your career places you never envisioned, in creative workspaces where innovation thrives and where your technical expertise is recognized and rewarded.

The Opportunity

This role sits on the Walmart Customer Team in Fayetteville, Arkansas, owning the roadmap for a subset of the products our team supports while contributing hands-on as part of our Agile team. In this role you will shape the product vision and align stakeholders, as well as get hands on with development. This role requires the ability to write SQL and Python and a solid understanding of DevOps practices such as CI/CD and version control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for a set of the team's products; prioritize and groom the backlog; connect day-to-day execution to measurable business outcomes.

  • Design, build, test, and maintain data and software solutions supporting the Walmart Customer Team.

  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and explain technical trade-offs in business terms.

  • Break initiatives into epics, stories, and sprints; contribute as an active member of the Agile team, managing scope, dependencies, and timelines for your products.

  • Apply DevOps fundamentals and contribute to internal tools, documentation, and standards that speed up the team's development capabilities.

Job Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

  • 5+ years of experience in product management/ownership

  • Ability to write and maintain code (such as Python and SQL); depth here is a meaningful advantage.

  • Proven product or project delivery experience in an Agile/Scrum environment (roadmap ownership, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery tracking in tools such as Jira)

  • Experience with Databricks and Power Platform (especially Power Automate and Copilot Studio)

  • Understanding of DevOps best practices (version control, CI/CD)

  • Strong communication skills, able to influence and translate between technical and business audiences

  • Enthusiasm for working directly with end-users and for figuring out how to get the most out of the latest AI tools

  • Ability to work hybrid schedule in Fayetteville, AR.

Preferred:

  • Experience deploying solutions through AI Factory, Pygentic

  • Experience with Databricks Apps

  • Application ownership experience
