About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack, based either in our offices in Paris, Barcelona or London, or remotely from France, Spain or the UK.
This role could sit within one of two lines: Interaction Analysis (In Page Analytics team - IPA) or Reliability & Performance Analysis - RPA, both currently looking for senior engineering talents.
At IPA, we're at the forefront of user experience analytics. We process millions of website and mobile app sessions, extracting key performance indicators such as clicks, revenue, and engagement time. Our innovative platform then visualizes this data in two powerful ways: precise on-page numerical overlays and visually captivating heatmaps.
IPA leverages AI algorithms to identify critical technical issues affecting users and business performance, such as crashes, errors, and slowdowns. By forecasting issue trends, effectively grouping related incidents, and pinpointing key correlations with user behavior data, RPA helps teams prioritize impactful problems. Insights are delivered through customized visualizations, APIs, and automated alerts, enabling efficient issue resolution.
Tech Stack
Frontend: Vue 3, React, TypeScript, Micro-frontends
Backend: Node.js
DevOps: AWS, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions
Observability: Custom observability stack integrated with performance SLOs
What you will do
- Engineering and Development
Lead the technical design and delivery of robust front-end modules using Vue.js, React, and TypeScript, leveraging a micro-frontend architecture for scalable and modular application development. Develop and manage back-end components and APIs using Node.js, and push our microservices architecture forward to support large-scale data and low-latency needs.
- Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with agile, cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, designers. Provide focused support across units, driving improvements across the entire application tech stack, both front-end and back-end with a strong product-performance mindset. Collaboration with the Artificial Intelligence team to provide functional oriented API that will be integrated into our chatbot and agent.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Product mindset
- Understand the users' needs deeply and align engineering efforts with business goals. Make decisions based on customer value and focus on delivering features that truly solve problems. Ensures that development is not just about coding but also about creating a meaningful and impactful product.
- Expertise in Full Stack Development
- At least 4 years of professional experience with a solid foundation in software development.
- Proficiency in component-based architectures using modern frameworks like Vue.js or React for the front-end, and extensive experience in Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS for the back-end and data layer.
- Strong Front-End & Back-End Fundamentals
- Deep understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML. Hands-on experience with single-page applications (SPA), cloud-native systems, microservices architecture, and performance optimization-particularly around key SLOs. Familiarity with automated testing practices and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Collaborative Spirit
- Excellent communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally in agile, mid-sized teams. You value transparency, respectful feedback, and a collaborative culture-and you actively help build it.

Nice to Have
- Exposure to Scala, Go, or Python in production environments.
