The Senior Project Manager

This is an opportunity to take ownership of meaningful technology projects that sit at the heart of how the business operates and evolves. As a Project Manager based in São Paulo, you will lead IT initiatives from early concept through to successful delivery, working at the intersection of technology, operations, and strategy.

In this role, you won't just manage timelines, you'll help deliver solutions that improve business processes, enable smarter systems, and create real operational impact. Working with global teams across engineering, business operations, and product stakeholders, you'll transform complex business needs into clear, structured project plans that drive progress, often supporting the implementation and evolution of internal business systems and enterprise platforms across the organization.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Lead projects from idea to deployment: Take ownership of the full lifecycle delivery of IT initiatives from defining scope and planning delivery through to implementation and adoption.
• Bridge business and technology: Work closely with stakeholders to understand real operational challenges and translate them into structured, actionable project plans.
• Collaborate with global teams: Partner with developers, analysts, QA specialists, and infrastructure teams across multiple locations to deliver impactful solutions.
• Improve how work gets done: Help identify inefficiencies in current processes and drive initiatives that streamline workflows and enable better system design.
• Operate in a dynamic environment: Balance priorities, manage dependencies, and keep projects moving forward while working with distributed teams and evolving requirements.

• Lead projects involving internal business systems and enterprise applications: Helping teams improve operational efficiency, system usability, and integration between platforms.

We're looking for a teammate with:

Required

• 5+ years of experience managing IT or software development projects
• Experience managing cross-functional and remote teams
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement
• Experience working with software development teams (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet)
• Familiarity with process modeling tools (e.g., Miro)
• Expert-level English (Native or Professional) for global collaboration across time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a software product or SaaS environment
• Background in business operations
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification
• Experience delivering projects involving enterprise business systems such as CRM or ERP platforms (for example Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar) is considered a strong plus.
