As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on public works projects that shape local communities, everything from water systems and stormwater management to parks, sidewalks, and stream restoration. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to our municipal clients, manage design and construction phases, and mentor talented team members.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Lead the design and project management of municipal water and sewer system improvements
- Serve as the primary contact and advisor to cities, districts, and public agencies
- Oversee project teams to meet schedules, budgets, and client expectations
- Prepare technical reports and communicate with stakeholders and regulatory agencies
- Help shape community infrastructure throughout Washington and Oregon
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- PE license
- 15+ years of relevant utility or public infrastructure experience
- Proven project management and client relationship skills
- Strong background in stormwater, transportation, and utility design
- Experience with TESC, grading, water/sewer system design, and site improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Clear, confident communication skills
- Team leadership or mentoring experience
- Passion for sustainability and environmental impact
- Familiarity with Northwest regulations and permitting processes
