Type: Full-time

Job Description:

Hostinger is one of the world’s fastest-growing web hosting companies, empowering over 3 million clients in 150 countries to bring their websites, e-shops, and blogs to life. Our team of 900+ professionals is passionate about building world-class solutions that make it easy for anyone to succeed online.

Our Website Builder is a key product that helps users—from beginners to seasoned entrepreneurs—create beautiful, professional websites and online stores without any coding. With a strong focus on eCommerce, we’re dedicated to making online selling more accessible, intuitive, and enjoyable.

If you thrive on challenges, love designing for real-world impact, and want to shape how people build and sell online, I’d love to hear from you. Let’s work together to make our Website Builder the go-to platform for entrepreneurs worldwide!

What You Will Do:

    • Work with cross-functional teams to solve customers problems.
    • Create innovative solutions that meet customer needs and are extremely easy to use.
    • Own and drive the entire design process for your area: be the advocate for the user, responsible for the journey from first sketch to shipped feature, and then for monitoring its performance and iterating.
    • Conduct extensive user research to inform design decisions.
    • Iterate on exciting solutions based on received feedback and data.
    • Keep up-to-date with current design trends, techniques, and practices.
    • Actively collaborate with the design guild to improve our existing design systems and design processes.
    • Be autonomous and proactive. You’re going to be taking full ownership and responsibility for your work.
    • Provide and get actionable feedback from teammates.

What We Expect:

  •

    • You have minimum 3+ years of experience designing for consumer-focused tech companies.
    • You have deep fluency in design thinking, user-centered methodologies, UX research, prototyping and iterative design — not just delivering UI screens, but understanding why and how those designs solve user & business problems.
    • You’re comfortable owning a design area end-to-end: making strategic design decisions, collaborating cross-functionally, balancing user needs, business goals and technical constraints, and driving execution through to launch.
    • You have excellent communication skills to clearly present your design ideas and solutions.
    • You can conduct user research, understand the data and validate ideas.
    • You have an excellent knowledge of design tools.
    • You have a great knowledge of design systems and can contribute to them.
    • You are driven, creative, and hungry for knowledge.
    • You have an impressive online portfolio that you’re desperate to show off.
    • Understanding of analytics tools such as Amplitude, HotJar.
    • Candidates must submit a portfolio (real design cases, thoughts behind the ideas and solutions, process, etc.) to be considered.
    •

What We Offer:

    • A culture where everyone values the highest standards, freedom, and responsibility.
    • A supportive and experienced team that is eager to share their knowledge.
    • Spend your day in Hostinger's office in Kaunas, or visit a brand new office in Cyber City in Vilnius where you can work and relax;
    • Internal training courses, knowledge-sharing events like Tech, Data and Leadership Guilds, Udemy account, Masterclass subscription, and reference books to the world’s best conferences.
    • Designers Guild as a platform to improve technical skills and strive for new innovative ways of thinking and working with designers within Hostinger and friendly surrounding businesses.
    • Focus on Mental and Physical health - yoga, mindfulness seminars, Hostinger active challenges, onsite & online fitness classes, health insurance.
    • Remote work from any location for up to 6 months.
    • A Recharge month - additional paid one month’s leave for loyal employees (5+ years at the company).
    • Gross salary from 3500 - 5500 EUR/month (depending on your experience).
