Work Arrangement: Hybrid — minimum 2 days per week in an assigned TransUnion office

Team Overview

Responsible to ensure all TU Associates in APAC region are paid accurately and on time

Global Payroll is a function under finance and accounting in TU and enables accurate and timely salary processing and ensure compliances across all geographies This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

1. Managing payroll for large employee groups, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

2. Examining payroll data for trends and discrepancies, and implementing improvements.2

3. Co-ordinating with HR, finance, Vendor to ensure smooth and accurate payroll & compliances

4. Required strong understanding of payroll, payroll cycles, SLA's and compliances

Required Knowledge And Experiences

1. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is often required.

2. Minimum of 5-7 years of related experience in APAC payroll processing with multi country payroll experience

3. Overseeing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, managing vendor payroll, and collaborating with HR and Finance teams.

4. Relevant certifications in payroll processing or accounting that can enhance qualifications.
