Purpose of Role
The Sr. Manager, Post-Production will manage Under Armour's post-production workflow for our creative content. This role will oversee all aspects of post-production, including but not limited to: image retouching, style guide compilation + delivery, content quality control, asset organization + storage, and the integration of AI tools and initiatives into our content workflows. The ideal candidate has a strong background in creative production, understands brand aesthetics, and can manage a high volume of visual assets across multiple platforms. This role will collaborate closely with creative partners, marketing, and operations teammates to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in the delivery of brand visuals.
Your Impact
- Process Improvements & Documentation - Streamline the post production process alongside of the marketing operations, creative and marketing teams. From brief to hand off, ensuring that we're delivering on time, on budget and on brand.
- Manage contracts with external vendors and post production budget for each project that is briefed in.
- Focus on the content supply chain and governance process - improving content access and reducing time from shoot to delivery by 3+ business days. Within this process, streamlining where all partners are storing/sharing content, usage rights and which proofing/approval systems are used.
- Update Style guide delivery system. This role will evaluate what's currently included in our style guides, who utilize the information and how we can adjust what's shared to be more efficient and effective.
- Partner with Production and Project management team to update meta-tagging systems, finding efficiencies through the post production process.
- Manage partnerships with external retouching and other relevant vendors/agencies. This role will focus on how we brief these partners and finding new partners that can fit into our workstreams as needed.
- Update color workflows and quality control processes for all content flowing through the content supply chain. This includes color accuracy for products plus facilitating the conversations and alignment for the seasonal content color/tone.
- Integrate AI into content workflows. Document current processes and ensure proper rights management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with typically 10 years of relevant experience, OR Master's degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience, OR Typically 14 years of relevant work experience without degree.
- Deep understanding of video editing, color grading, motion graphics, and sound design workflows.
- Proven experience managing high-volume, multi-channel post-production (e.g., broadcast, digital, social, e-commerce, in-store).
- Familiarity with creative asset delivery requirements across platforms (paid media, retail screens, digital commerce, etc.).
- Preferred - Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) - demonstrates strong project and process management discipline.
- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Premiere Pro or After Effects - validates technical proficiency.
- Color Grading Certification (DaVinci Resolve or similar) - valuable for high-end visual work.
- Digital Asset Management Certification - beneficial if overseeing large-scale content libraries.
Workplace Location
- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office.
- Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week.

Base Compensation
$134,336.00-$167,920.00 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
