Job Summary:

This role focuses on developing and executing comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to engage, retain, and reactivate host community. You will collaborate with various departments to drive host growth and act as a subject matter expert on host engagement trends. The position requires end-to-end ownership of campaigns, from strategy to performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic host lifecycle marketing programs.
• Manage campaigns across multiple channels to influence host behavior.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build roadmaps and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead a continuous testing and learning agenda for campaign optimization.
• Analyze performance data and communicate key insights and results to stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience in building and iterating on automated lifecycle programs.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Deep understanding of CRM strategy and management.

Experience in the travel or marketplace industry is preferred.
